SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders are processed between 1-2 business days*. We will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.
*Note: Orders placed on a Friday after 11am EST and over the weekend will not start being processed until the following Monday. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.
UNOFFICIAL SWIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Price will vary depending destination and weight.
USPS - First Class Mail International Shipping - Most Economic Options. Will take between 7-25+ days to delivery. Shipping days will vary depending on Country. We will not be responsible for any lost packages. If you want a more secure shipping please use Priority Mail Express International or Priority Mail International.
Priority Mail Express International - Delivery between 3-5 days. Price starts at $45.95
Priority Mail International- Delivery Between 6-10 days. Price starts at $28.50
By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. UNOFFICIAL SWIM is not responsible for these additional costs.
